THE BATTLE OF GODS

                         
  For the god of this world has blinded the unbelievers’ minds [that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of God~2Corinthians4:4.
  What all those that evangelise should know is that evangelism is the battle of the Gods, not of man. It is the gods of this world that blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so it can only be a superior GOD that can open their minds to be able to accept the gospel. Man can never be able to open the minds of the unbelievers to accept the gospel, no matter how much he knows and quotes the scriptures, no matter how well he arranged the scriptures and no matter how eloquent he speaks, because it was not man that blinded it, it was a god, so it can only be a god that can open it.
  The only language the devil understand is the language of power, not the eloquency of grammar. It is through the greatness of the power of GOD in you that you can take the unbelievers from the hands of the gods of this world~Psalm66:3. You need to operate in the power of GOD to confront the gods of this world and take the unbelievers from them. You need to operate as a GOD, which you really are. The child if a goat is a goat, the child of a lion is a lion. In same vein, every born again child of GOD is a god~Psalm82:6. But until he operates as a god, he cannot deliver the unbelievers from the hands of the god of the world. Until man operate as a god, he cannot open the blinded minds of the unbelievers.
  After six years of active evangelism, I have come to realise that evangelism is not about knowing scriptures or being able to preach, rather, it is the battle of gods. To evangelise, you must be ready to fight the gods of the world via the weapon of prayer and fasting. It requires spending quality time praying before going out to evangelise. You must have won their souls on the prayer altar before going to preach to them. By calculation, I have discovered that evangelism requires 80% prayer and 20% preaching.
  Therefore, let us take responsibility of fighting the battles of gods before going out for evangelism…BE WISE…!!!
